In the unfortunate event that the Goods arrive damaged, it is imperative for the Buyer to promptly notify both the delivery agent and us within 24 hours. This notification should be made in writing, accompanied by photographic or video evidence of the damage to the Goods and their packaging for verification purposes. Given the handcrafted nature of our Goods, slight variations and occasional discolorations may occur. Additionally, disparities in color may arise due to differences in computer screen and printer calibration. The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of these variations, recognizing them as inherent characteristics of our products.

Upon delivery, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the Goods. Any alleged defects, shortage in quantity, or damages must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. We kindly request the Buyer to allow us the opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable timeframe following delivery. Failure to adhere to these provisions will result in the Goods being conclusively presumed to be in satisfactory condition and free from defects.
